General Terms

1. The following terms and conditions apply to all prize draw promotions entered in to by you the entrant and supplied by us Abracadabra Fashions Ltd (hereinafter called ‘Abracadabra’).

Promotions:

We may run spontaneous short terms promotions from time to time. Terms and conditions apply and may require presenting a coupon. We reserve the right to withdraw and alter these promotions without notice.

2. Unless specified no monetary purchase is required for entry.

Selecting prize winners 

3. Winners will be drawn by Abracadabra at random when the closing date of a promotion is finished.

4. In the event the prize will be forfeited. In these circumstances, we reserve the right to offer the prize to either the entrant whose name is next drawn at random or in a future competition.

5. In the event that you are drawn as a winner and you do not respond to continued efforts to contact you, After two weeks non communication. We may choose to withdraw your prize without compensation to you, any liability whatsoever. 

If you win

6. If you are not in New Zealand or in the country(s) specified for promotion at the time of the prize draw and are not back within 4 weeks of the win, we may withdraw the prize without compensation or any liability to us whatsoever.

7. Our determination of the prize winner and any exclusion of any person from entering a prize promotion will be final and binding, no correspondence will be entered into.

8 By joining this promotion you agree you may receive email information and marketing communications. Which you can opt out of anytime via a link provided at the bottom of all email communications. (When an opt in email entry is given as part of a promotion or if you sign up to receive news).

Use of image and privacy

9. If you win a prize you will be required to consent to us and our partners involved in a promotion using Your name and image for media purposes and you agree to participate in any publicity we reasonably require, in each case without compensation.

10. If You win a prize you consent to us providing Your name and contact details to the relevant third party that we may be are working with in relation to the prize, A third party may contact you regarding prize delivery. You agree that the prize will be provided to you at an appropriate COVID-19 Alert Level as determined by the partner and in accordance with any prize terms and conditions they may have.

11. All promotions are available to NZ residents over 18 years of age only. Some promotions are available to Auckland residents or commuters only.

12 Any prizes offered and won may not be exchanged for cash or transferred or exchanged.

13. At Abracadabra’s discretion and without notice a similar prize may be offered to the one promoted (to at least the same value).

14. We will specify in each promotion how many products or services are being given away.

15. We do not guarantee to give away more than one product or serivce at a time.

16. Abracadabra) may by written notice to the Customer/entrant alter or replace these terms and conditions. All prize draw entered into subsequently by the Customer shall be upon the altered or replaced terms and conditions. (A link to this will be provided in the promotion).

17. Communications will be sent only by Abracadabra but may contain third party offers or content. Abracadabra take no responsibility for the content of third party communication, but we do strive to ensure quality arrangements.

19. We reserve the right to cancel or amend a promotion at our sole discretion.

19b. Where you use social media platforms to participate in a prize draw or promotion, you agree that:

a. You must comply with the rules of that social media platform.

b. The Campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated to any social media platforms, including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok or Twitter.

20. When applicable, we may require a screen-shot of a promotion that requires sharing to participate.
