Returns:

We accept unopened returns within three days of purchase, sent at the buyers expense, with a photo of the posted date. (Required for a refund). Your item must be undamaged & unopened. Returns will only be accepted within three days from the date of invoice and must be accompanied by the invoice. Please contact us for the return address.

If you believe you have a faulty product, please email a photo to vivzhong@gmail.com & we may require a return of the unused product.

No liability will be accepted for any shortages, breakages, or defective goods unless Abracadabra is notified in writing within 24 hours of delivery.

Shipping

Online orders placed through the website Shopping Cart will be packed and dispatched once payment has been received or proof of deposit made to our bank account.

We will freight your order within 48 hours of receiving it.

For orders international orders Abracadabra will use airfreight.

All of our prices are in (NZD).  Please use the calculator provided to see the item in your currency. (Small amounts of offshore margins may or may not apply which are not shown in the calculator when you are charged depending on your country & banks policies. Please note Abracadabra has no control over these minor charges & will not issue a refund for them.
